Need a Slip Test for a Construction Project in Regional NSW
While based in Sydney, we regularly conduct day trips to Wollongong and Newcastle, in particular for new construction sites, ensuring that floor surfaces meet the requirements of the new National Construction Codes. Our slip assessment services provide building surveyors and principle certifiers the information they require to show evidence of compliance with the Building Code of Australia.
We have undertaken testing on new construction projects in Wagga Wagga, The slip testing of new surfaces prior to handover was conducted to assist staff to assess the risk of slipping and provide adequate control measures in place, when required.
In Bathurst, Goulburn, Newcastle, Armidale, Tamworth, Kiama and Wollongong we have undertaken slip resistance testing on floor surfaces within shopping centres. In some instances, this has been for the owner or facility manager of the regional shopping centres and in some cases it has been for the cleaning companies that require slip resistance testing conducted on a frequent basis as part of their contractual arrangements.
Providing slip ratings for tile, stone and resilient flooring merchants around the country, we are more than happy to drop by and discuss slip resistance requirements, ratings and industry updates next time that we are in town.
As well as slip testing, Safe Environments provide luminance contrast testing services as well as general OHS property risk consulting to assist in identifying, assessing and controlling public liability risks.
Expert Witness Evidence – We can Travel anywhere in NSW
